The Selvik rumour has been bubbling away for a while, and I remember reading that he isn't known for being great with his feet, which may rule him out.

With Gunn, I'd personally not entertain the idea of selling him this window. He's a top Championship keeper who is better than a lot of fans give him credit for, and I think we should do all we can to get him to renew. Whilst that remains a possibility, I wouldn't sell him.
Oh I completely agree, I'd rather keep him, given the option.

Not a new signing, but will feel like one...

Odd that. Does he think he will do better elsewhere?

I dare say he can earn more money sat on a Premier league bench. It is a well beaten path too, paying over the odds for a home grown keeper that you never actually use.
Agreed but it didn't work at Southampton.

Just walked past the ground and there are a load of lights on in the city stand. Maybe a load of staff are phoning agents to see who's available... Or maybe they just left them on by mistake after the excitement of Saturday!

I think something like 1.2 million? Happy with this, he has been decent.

Aboh is understandable as he wasn't getting a kick at Stevenage, but Reyes surprised me because he was their number one, although I've just checked and he was benched for the last three matches so I guess that was likely to continue.

Reyes is an interesting one. Can't call the whole Gunn situation, on one hand I can see him going this window to free up wages as club feel that we can push for top six with some additional outfield players we've targeted.

On the other hand it seems like a crazy decision if we did, as we'd have to let him go for a free or very little value, potentially putting us up shit creek.
Based on latest TNC vid Jack Reeve thinks we're signing a new keeper too, unless he meant Reyes being recalled.

Apparently Reyes was benched because of a howler made on Boxing day which seems a bit harsh, but not seen it myself.

Southwell said on Twitter that the line is he won't be replacing Gunn or Long this season, but they just want him back to work with our coaches.

That could all change in the blink of an eye though...

Just saw that they expect him to head out on loan again.

Exactly, he'd been dropped by a side struggling in League Two, so this recall is nothing to do with the first team situation.

Regardless of whether he's kept in the U23s or sent on loan, it's beneficial to sitting on the Cambridge bench for the rest of the season.

Cambridge changed their manager just before Reyes was dropped so I think we can presume the new guy doesn't fancy him

This is good business I feel with Slimane.

Also, does this mean we have another loan slot available?
