I'm a very patient person. Infact my wife finds me annoyingly chilled out. So I don't get myself too worked up about what way the club is going.
But that doesn't mean I can't see what's right and wrong. I actually remember saying to you at the start of last season that things don't feel right.

Many disagreed. Just as they did when I called it early in AN's Prem season.Plenty are though, I'm ashamed to say that a lot of our fans have been spoiled by the last 6 or 7 years and have become very self entitled.

Klose was linked with Hamburg last January, doubt he'd turn down a move to a big side just before the World Cup... plus he came out in the summer and said he wanted to play in the Premier League.
I'm thinking more about who are high earners are to be honest, and he'll be right near the top in the 'unsustainable' group alongside Naismith for next season.
If we were in with a realistic chance of reaching the play-offs I would have thought we'd be selling nobody, but now that we aren't I'm convinced Webber will be looking to get a couple of high earners off the payroll 6 months early.
That's why I think Tettey may leave in January instead of signing a pre-contract, if we can replace. I also wonder whether Trybull is asking for quite a substantial pay rise now that he has proven his quality and that us being able to offer it is dependent on finding savings elsewhere. Trybull was brought in as a punt, probably on peanuts at the minute... now he'll want Championship money, and who blames him.
Also wouldn't surprise me if Naismith went on a 'try before you buy' loan to Rangers for the rest of this season, with a view to coming to an arrangement at the end of the season (e.g. we pay 50% of his wages for the final season of his contract or something).
There is no loyalty in football anyway, every player wants to leave if the deal is good enough.

That's missing the point somewhat. I mean you're absolutely right that a manager will usually end up getting the sack.
I'm more looking at whether the team/club is heading in the right direction. And I haven't really "felt it" since Wembley.

Things feel exactly like that would at any company which is seeing a huge fall in revenue, can easily be related to any job that any of you have had at a firm which is announcing redundancies. I can remember working in a big office where things felt very weird for a few weeks, then BOOM half of us made redundant including a pregnant girl.
Atmosphere didn't magically improve after the redundancies had been made. That's exactly the same as what we've been going through at Norwich, budget cuts resulting in people losing their jobs, not replaced or replaced by cheaper people, etc.
Pretty easy to equate it with any other organisation. Think of somebody popular and respected at your work who is good at his job, now imagine how you will feel if tomorrow he is made redundant to save money. That = the day Darren Huckerby was sacked. Etc, etc.
Now imagine because of that upheaval several other experienced and respected members of your previously settled team started job hunting because they think the boat is sinking. That = what Oliviera, Klose, Tettey, are probably doing. You're also plugging the gaps with office temps (Reed + Gunn).
Growing business = feel good.
Shrinking business = worry, concern, fear, anger.
That's why its probably best that we get the bulk of the pain out of the way as quickly as possible instead of dragging it on, start in January and finish in the summer. Pay off McGovern, Naismith and Jarvis off if we can. Webber has got a tough job, its a big transition.

Well yeah obviously, we had Ed Balls dishing out a contract to a failing manager, we appointed a greasy haired spiv as Chief Executive, and came down with a load of overpaid deadwood like Mulumbu and Lafferty stuck on the payroll.... so stating the obvious I little I feel.
The thing which creeped me out a little bit for a couple of years until relatively recently was the sway that Russell Martin seemed to hold. We hear a lot about "player power", felt like he was our manager sometimes. Have to wonder just how much influence he held in the dressing room and boardroom, because its a bit bizarre that Webber and Farke extended his contract in the summer when he doesn't look like a Farke player and he seemed to fit the ageing overpaid player category that Webber has purged.
Having the balls to drop Russell Martin to the U23's is one of the things which makes me still hold a bit of belief in Farke and what he is trying to build, although one of my reservations is the complete lack of evidence so far that he knows how to get strikers firing.

The worrying thing is our squad is midtable as it is. With very likely departures of Maddison, Oliviera, maybe Pritchard? We will have to start looking at the wrong end of the table.
And whilst I think we will finish comfortable midtable this season, you have to contemplate the thought of a relegation battle next season. Which would be a royal f*ck up from all those involved after the recent years in the prem.
Lets hope it never gets to that and we get lucky in the next 2 or 3 transfer windows. We will need it!

I wouldn't be surprised if they sold both. Think if they could get £30m for any 2 of our players they'd take it.
Pritch is obviously on a lot of money so I would expect them to encourage a sale.
