First game for me was against Newcastle in 1994. I came to football late and only started supporting when I moved here!

Favourite game is a toss up between beating Man City at Carrow road, and the play off final.

So my first ever game is a very vague memory, living in the Midlands my Dad would often go to away games in Sheffield, I distinctly remember standing for the game and we scored 2, I couldn't have been much more than 4 or 5, but after the Hillsborough incident my Mum wouldn't let me go to games anymore not that I particularly cared at the time. This is the earliest game I have a clear memory for, mainly because I got lost after the game! and it's in my Granddads diary that we went so I'm a little more certain on this one :D

Favorite game has to be the Norwich 3-2 Derby, that Jackson goal was the most bonkers I've ever gone

Goodness me you two have only just started! ;). My first game was against Man City in 1972 , I think it was a 1-1 draw in the league cup

January 1959 when we beat Manchester United United 3-0
I was one of the 38000 watching us win on a snow and frost bound pitch

Can't remember that far back but the crossbar was a rope and goalkeepers wore knitted woolen jumpers.

Seriously though the terraces at CR were old railway sleepers and in winter games kicked off at 2.15pm because there were no floodlights.

Ashamed to say I don't remember but it was sunny and the late summer of 1969 or maybe 1970. I was in the South Stand.
I do recall being in the River End at home to Swindon the year we went up under Saunders. A special memory.

As a bump inside my pregnant mother I was at the 1959 replay against Spurs :) I do know that. Unsure if this link works?

As for favourite match there's been so many. Being proud as one of maybe 300/400 supporters at Odsal watching Bruce, Woods etc beating Bradford to all but secure promotion takes some beating, as does the Boro final under Neil.

As a northern exile, I'm probably less of a supporter than nearly everyone who posts here because I don't get to Carrow Rd very often, especially as spent two decades basically raising our boys too along the way (and not having transport in the early days). But I've always followed the papers in those early days. The internet brought me much closer to the news. Makes me sound old but there are older ones than me. I thought I needed that disclaimer because I'm just an away fan really. One day I might end my days in Norwich but that's unlikely. It remains a favourite city though of any. Just can't explain the feeling when I do visit and I'm very envious of people who can go to home games every week.

My memories are not so much individual games but more of the atmosphere of those days in the early to mid 1950's. A rainy day, a muddy pitch, steam coming off the packed terraces with men in rain macks and flat caps all smoking fags..

The man who came out of the little door in the Pinkun Scoreboard and hung the numbered panels on each letter of the alphabet to show us the halftime scores.

The bloke who came round the perimeter track with the confectionary tray, shouting "peanuts, popcorn, rolo's, Caleys chocolate".

The halftime entertainment with the Dagenham Girl Pipers or the Drayton British Legion Band.

Watching Johnny Gavin score a hat trick on a cold December day.

Happy days.
