I'm most of the way through "The Day of the Jackal".

Enjoyable.

Edit, finished it now. Very good, quite James Bond in places.

I've now watched the first five episodes of the first series of SAS rogue heroes. It's watchable but because the stories are so outrageous, even though they're true it's difficult to believe. This isn't helped by the soundtrack, which is very good but just doesn't work for me. Watching the SAS load up their trucks to the Stranglers is just a bit odd. Having said all that, as I've said it is quite watchable so I'm sticking with it as it's definitely got something going for it.
I think the first season is closer to historical accuracy, than the second. I enjoyed both, but it is very much my thing anyway.

Watched first series of Wayward Pines. I really enjoyed it, looking forward to seeing how things are in the second series now.

Watched "Surviving Blackhawk down" a docuseries about the events in Mogadishu that inspired the film, starring people who were there, on both sides. Good stuff if that is your sort of thing.

Now watching "Van Helsing" also on Netflix, is kinda what you would expect, but was just looking for brain out, easy watching.
