Very good win that. Is it wrong to suggest a contract extension for Timm, or am I getting carried away?

I was really worried after that first 15 mins but credit to Farke and the team they sorted it out!

My mate who was at the came reckons Tettey was immense today.

I'm a bit worried about our ability to score goals from open play minus Pukki and possibly now Hernandez to be honest.... there is only so far a strategy of "get as many free kicks and corners as you can and plonk it on Timm Klose's head" will take us. Really need Kenny McLean back from injury to see if he can offer the goal threat that Stiepermann, Cantwell and Buendia currently can't.

I think that's my one major criticism of this side..... that we don't have a goalscoring number 10, and could really do with one. If McLean isn't that man (we'll see) and there is any money in the pot for January, then that should be top of the shopping list.

Stiepermann isn't ever going to get an easier chance than that, only needed to get it on target from a 5 yards (happened when my stream was working, just prior to giving up on that and listening on Radio Norfolk!).

Seems to be enjoying his football but I suspect if we could afford him we'd have already tied him down..... we already know what the price for Klose was at the end of August.... it was 4 million euros.

Shame really but I guess we just can't afford him?

Unless he'd be tempted into a Tettey style cut price deal if we extend Farke's contract? He obviously enjoys playing under him.

Wasn't able to watch today unfortunately but what a fantastic win away from home, and sounds as if we fully deserved it (and probably should've had more). Only possible downside is obviously the injury to Hernandez, let's just hope it isn't too serious.

To be fair it's such a nice feeling being a Norwich fan at the moment. Our games are entertaining, more often than noy we're picking up points (and even when we don't we give a good account of ourselves),and we actually look a really good side. Plus because there's not an enormous amount of pressure or expectation on us, I don't think anyone's getting carried away, and instead we're all just enjoying the fact we're doing well at the moment. Lovely stuff.

Two home games in a row now. Bring it on :D

Also, our lack of goals from open play is a little bit of a cause for concern I guess, but you would hope at some point before too long we'll be able to get Pukki, Hernandez, McLean on the pitch together, plus you would think the likes of Buendia, Rhodes and possibly Cantwell will get better the more they play. Marshall as well maybe (is he fit yet btw?).

On Klose, I like to think he'd take a Tettey-like deal. He certainly seems to love the club and being here, and there's no doubt all the fans love him. If we can get him to sign one you'd think we would.

If we continue playing like this you have to wonder how long it is til Farke gets a new deal too.
