Can't get rid of the butterflies in the stomach!  My plan will be to drink so much beer that I won't feel horrendously depressed if we lose, and can bloody mental if we win

How much did those shirts set you back Morty?

If we win this game it would be well worth going to get one of those signed at the open day (if they still have one?) and framed.

Standard shirt price, about 40 notes each. Theyre just a standard home shirt with a bit printed on, while I waited! If it all goes south, they could be in the bin this time tomorrow night lol.

Today's the day! I couldn't sleep so I drunk half a bottle of red to put me down. Bouncing off the walls this morning!

I envy everyone who gets to see this game at Wembley.

Just 4 hours to go, can't get much work done.  :)

Been on the coach for nearly 2 hours now. Just coming up to the M25. I was on one of the last ones out at about 9:45. My mate text me at about half 8 saying how there's about 5000 people in the queue. I thought he was exagerating but he bloody wasn't. When I got there the queue was about 2 miles long. But it all moved quite quickly, and I have to say the club have done very well to make this all run smoothly.

Not even thinking about the game right now, purely as there's no toilet on this coach. Just enjoying the journey right now. Every now and then though I feel a big old flutter from those butterflies. Really excited though at the same time.

Don't know whether to wear this seasons away kit, which is my favourite of all the Norwich kits I own, but is the same colour as the Boro home kit. Or to wear last seasons home kit which is my favourite home kit, and yellow and green, but I don't like it as much as the away kit. At the moment I'm swinging towards the home kit.

So f*cking excited for tomorrow. Probably the only time ever I'm actually looking forward to waking up at 7am on a bank holiday.

Dude, you cant wear red!

Yeah wore the home shirt in the end, couldn't actually find my red shirt in the end anyway so had no choice.

For the record, we didn't take the M25 in the end, we appear to be going the North Circular route in the end.

Norwich City are unchanged from their semi-final second-leg win over Ipswich. Striker Lewis Grabban makes the bench after returning from suspension

I like this selection.

Edit: Bamford starts for Boro instead of Kike. Hope he's lost some match fitness.

Simply the perfect half. Beautiful football from us most of the half. Everyone looks switched on and up for it. Boro beat us at Carrow Road by coming out of the blocks and getting ahead early, nice to see us do the same to them. Not something we've done enough of this season being slow to start games.

2-0 is so much better than 1-0 in that continuing what we're doing seems less risky. If it were only 1-0 we'd be asking, do we defend the lead or push on and risk being hit on the counter. With a two goal lead I think its easier to feel comfortable carrying on.

Last thing we should do is give them possession and try to defend the lead. We should slow the tempo a bit perhaps, but we need to continue the pressing and harrassment. We shouldnt drop deep and allow them the ball. Keep it the same, just maybe slow it down a bit.

Come on boys!!!
