Ipswich still very much in this game, they definitely haven't given up. Hopefully they will open up a bit as they push harder to equalize in the second half.

Great first half, dominant team without fashioning a million chances. Very vulnerable to the sucker punch though. Though he's done ok, Im surprised at how sluggish Bassong looks

Middlesbrough's next 2 games - Milwall at home and Forest away
After that though they are at home to Ipswich, away to Derby and away to Bournemouth. Something has to give in those games
Derby are away to Brighton and home to Birmingham.
Then theyre away to us, home to Boro, away to Wolves and home to Watford. They then play Wigan and then Brentford.
That is a tough run for both teams

Though you wouldnt want to be at all complacent, considering where Wigan and Milwall are in the League you might hope that these three could be played without it being considered a risk, and utilize the strength in depth we have

Howson had another excellent game all over the pitch, but BJ's goal gives him the edge for me. Grabban also had another all-out performance and deserved his starting place. I also think his goal was quite clever with the slightest touch to keep it away from the keeper and just into the corner of the goal. Russ Martin had an excellent game as well.

Arrived back home after a frantic stressful drive. half hour before kickoff.....Come on damn you router, there's a big game on soon in Norwich..Settled in, whisky poured, and a stream, crappy, but a stream.The Spanish commentator screamed so much with Bradleys goal, vowed his love for BJ. Although I must have had the worst stream in the world, it was wonderful..... Not a game for purists, but a job needed doing, and it was achieved with minimum fuss or stress.....Some players that I have been critical of, have seen that the manager, although young, is a force to be reckoned with, apologies to those players.... Mr Neil certainly knows how to use his subs bench, guess he knows a wee bit about the game.......1p5wich are a hard working side, physical, with just a modicum of skill and talent, they have done really well to be there where they are.....Today? Men against boys in every position from the owners to the most junior ball boy.....Mings ? 8 million? that is a really serious Giraffe.... Well done to every single one concerned, even the excitable Spanish commentator.... This whisky tastes so sweet
