I genuinely don't know what to make of all this.

What on earth is he saying to them at half time? I thought we were okay first half.

I mean, I get it, we are on a losing streak and we are fragile, but that collapse in the second half was quite something. I genuinely don't know what is best to do here, we can't sack everyone.

This is the biggest problem right now. Sack Manning and Knapper knows he's gone too. We can't keep Knapper though because he can't be trusted to appoint the next manager. Attanassio doesn't know enough to bring in his own people, it's a proper mess. Personally I think Attanassio should find some real football people to help him out right now so he can appoint the right DOF or get a chief executive in to do it for him. He needs to do it quickly though

Or just hope we start winning...

I also tend to think that somehow we have got to a position where the club is short on football knowledge - people at the top who have a deep knowledge of the game. Even Stuart Webber had enormous experience of recruitment compared to Knapper. Attanasio was clear he doesn't want another tier of leadership so hard to know how to sort this without firing at least someone.

Agree with all the sentiments. It's a mess of considerable proportions. For me, if I was Knapper I would dismiss Manning (today, tomorrow) and bring in someone with the obvious short term brief. Any upturn brings him a tiny bit of headroom if the successor starts to get results. He must know however that he would need to convince the owner. And perhaps MA would not want Knapper involved again?
But...to do just something, I would start with matters on the pitch and that's the manager position. The delay in this is astounding, even by Norwich City standards. I'm not a supporter either who calls for the head of any football manager who appears to be failing. I would have stuck with Amorim for example.

Something doesn't seem to fit with Manning and us. I've not bought into him at all and nor have the players. Someone ought to be given an opportunity now to try and work with what we have.

I would have stuck with Thorup for a bit longer, he would certainly be getting more out of these players whether they liked him or not
And I think so on balance too. There was a plan and it was set up. I could see how the season ended that we were losing and nothing much seemed to work. But...it was an odd throw of the dice.
