We must break the run we are on, thats for sure. But as hysterical as a lot of fans are, the board are making it pretty clear that they back Alex for the long term.Would you call this a MUST win game this early in the season ?
I think it might be as A. N. job just might be on the line now
Said this at half-time.Buying himself some time....
There is literally no need to balance it with anything. All I'm seeing all over the place is "buts", people just need to relax and enjoy days like this.Very enjoyable indeed. Lots of good movement and link up. Massive boosts having Howson and Pinto back. Pritchard was classy. Jacob was a huge threat in the first half and Nelson was impressive upfront.
Although have to balance that with the reality that Brentford are very, very ordinary and there will be much tougher games coming up.
What I am saying is that I enjoyed a great game at Carrow Road and I see no need to desperately put any kind of negative spin on it. I genuinely believe some people were expecting a Hughton / Worthy style apocalypse and were a wee bit disappointed it didn't happen. So if we'd have just won 5 or 6 games in a row and done it in style and then lost to Newcastle you wouldn't balance it by pointing at the previous good form?
