Its a better result than last season, a game that I had the misfortune of attending.
Highlight was the cheese and onion Pukka pie at half time, cooked just right.
Its an away point at the end of the day isn't it. Puts us one point closer to Ipswich, and keeps the pace with Leeds, in the little mini-league that we're in with the scum and scummier.
12th Ipswich
13th Leeds
14th Norwich
I'm keeping this season relevant by just hoping that we can finish above those two. Give me 12th with Leeds and Ipswich below us, technically top half of the table, and lets hope that our wheeling and dealing is good in the summer and that a couple out of Godfrey, Morris, Cantwell, Thompson and Matthews can prove their Championship pedigree.
Godfrey is the silver lining in this really isn't he, got a good feeling about him.

The names in this list really give us a sense of perspective don't they?
Most Championship sides are pretty big clubs, with solid histories and most have relatively recent Premier League experience.
I mean... fans of all those clubs probably feel a similar way about mid table obscurity? Bolton get smaller gates than the others, but that's a team who spent years in the Premier League and saw the likes if Campo, Djorkeaff and Okocha grace their turf wearing their colours.
Farke would have to massively overachieve to build a side and take them to 6th place. That's what we are paying him to do of course, and Lambert and Worthington did it.
I do think Norwich fans still need a bit of a realignment of expectations, mid-table after a complete rebuild does give us something to potentially build on this summer. Although continued decline is also a possibility if we don't get this summer window right.
At least we're not West Ham fans, who feel that the club has become soulless, or Sunderland fans who must be wondering whether they'll have a club left to support in 5 years (despite having a billionaire owner, apparently the holy grail).

Been busy so a very late assessment of the game for anyone who cares (which I doubt is many people )
Marley Watkins terrible, as usual. Husband actually surprisingly solid. Murphy decent and took his goal well. Vrancic was man of the match for me. We looked much more dangerous once we changed the system, with Hernandez coming on and us going four at the back. Considering the injuries we had it isn't the worst result, but the first half performance was still very disappointing.
