Clearly a remedial (as is the third.)
How do these people make a living? You cannot afford a football match on the dole and they seem totally unemployable to me.

The second one is one of the Market Twins (youtube them !) who work (ed) on Norwich market at the flower stall on the corner, but I know that one of them is in a residential home now
