So our wages are 144% of turnover, need to borrow money just to cover the wages alone.

I'd love to know which of our many players is being grossly overpaid.

Well, Duffy has gone.
And Sargent so that's two high earners gone from the wage bill.

I would say that we are two or three quality players heavier than we have been in recent years.

Traditionally we have had a good starting 11 and it gets a bit thin after that, but if you look now I would say that our extended squad has improved in quality. If everyone is fit, who you leaving on the bench, Makama or Toure?

I am sure it is the same probably at a lot of other EFL clubs? Could be wrong mind. Regardless, I don't think its promotion or bust neccessarily. Attanasio is a shrewd businessman.

And yes sure there are some players on higher wages than they probably deserve.

Anyone know what any of this means? Are we in the shit or not?

If we didn’t have NH we’d be massively in the shit, however they are also mainly the reason we would be. That’s my read.

We need to make consistent profits from player sales but of course that detracts from the quality of a team that is fighting for promotion.

The annoying thing is that we have blown more than one opportunity to have a prolonged run in the Prem.

Aside from the players 92% of Gate money is eaten up by Interest Payable. The Executive Directors earnings are about twice the rate of the Independent Football Regulator for an appalling standard of Fan Engagement.

Ooh we could cross into a bigger debate there! As much as I love Delia, she lurched from being obsessed with sustainability to spending money like a drunken sailor to try and stay up. And managed neither particularly well.

Here here. And ripped off the fans into the bargain.

How many other Clubs of our status have £11 million gate money based on the highest ST prices and concessions being denied in large swathes of the Stadium?

Is that a specific issue you had? Because I do understand teh challenges that we had, running a club with zero outside investment.

Considering the great work the likes of Andy Cullen did in getting families into football, it has then been counter productive to drive what is almost certainly the highest average age audience in the country.

The shareholder initiative is even worse with the Club now paying an external contractor to maintain a list that in all probability contains the names of more deceased persons than AGM attendees with young people disenfranchised.

So going back to what I said, how has Delia "ripped off the fans"?
