The problem is, whilst we were better than Saturday which as already said is hardly achieving great things, I would agree with Hucks that we simply didnt look like scoring.
And whilst I was really frustrated with Nelsons performance yesterday its not like we created much for him.

Its very frustrating. Like you (and Farke) I actually thought it was a decent performance. And if you take away the stats, we actually had enough chances on goal to come away with a win. Now whether its lack of creativity from the midfield or Nelson still being off the pace after his injury, I couldn't say for certain, I would go with some from column A, and some from column B.
The first half I thought was very good, we were steely, be passed the ball crisply, and whatever Rob Butler says, I thought we were slightly the better team in the first half. I thought Harrison Reed was excellent and Hanley looks a real organiser in defence of absolute Malky proportions. Vrancic had a good game too, perhaps benefitting from a slightly deeper role giving more time on the ball.
So no panic buttons being pushed for me as long as Nelson gets his sharpness back. Though Pritchard can't come back soon enough, we need some drive from central areas, as basically always attacking through our full backs has become predictable. Though, to be fair, we did create more centrally last night.
Saturday has become huge now though. The level of patience fans have just now very much depends if they go home or away. Last season under Alex Neil the majority were happier because they saw some decent stuff at home, we were awful away, but the away fans tend to be a bit more forgiving. This season we are better away, which is why the rumblings of discontent are louder, and have arrived much quicker than is warranted.
We're still 6 points off the play offs, and its November. Some folks really need to calm down.

The thing that frustrates me, and this is backed up by Nick Mashiter's tweets, is that there is nothing hidden here. The situation has been clearly spelled out by Webber and by the board. They have explained exactly the situation we are in, how we got here, and what we are doing to change things for the better. And everyone can see how many players we have changed (rightly so) and yet they still expect miracles.
Unfortunately this project is going to require a bit of patience and perspective.

I honestly think the massive sense of entitlement from some fans has made them forget what it means to support your team through thick and thin. It wasn't even this bad when we were relegated to league one.

Well yes, that is part of it. Times have changed. Football has changed. That's why Webber needs to keep lowering expectations.
Some fans may have unreasonable expectations but you also have to bear in mind that Webber will be looking out for himself.

I think you're being a bit unfair. I'm not the type of fan I think you suspect me to be.
It's not about conspiracy. If you're doing the kind of job Webber is then you have to be able to manipulate situations to your advantage.

I mean I can totally see it. The club has pissed up a lot of things in recent years. Bad decisions.
So Webber can point to all that, put the blame on it and say "This is going to take a while". The tricky bit is where do you draw the line and say "Ok, Stu, you've had long enough"? Because there will forever be things that could be improved upon.

Anyway, do note that I'm not calling for SW or DF to go. Just that's the way football is. It is what will be called for pretty soon if results don't improve. It's the world that SW and DF live in. We're no different to any other club.
