They're all cup finals now. Wednesday are nowhere near relegation, and have no hope of getting pay offs. Hopefully this means they're already 'on the beach'. You can argue teams can play with freedom when there's no pressure on them (which would probably suit us more),but i don't believe they will be as up for it as us.

Keep the same starting XI. If it stays 0-0 like on Friday, I'd like to see Redmond come on a little earlier. He must be so frustrated being on the bench every week when he makes such an impact. But I'm sure AN has told him it's not due to his lack of effort or quality.

I would start Redmond, to be honest.

Not sure Tettey will start, this could make room for Redmond

He's probably just guessing based on Tettey's comments a while back.

For me their biggest threat is Lewis Mcgugan and Tettey is the best player we have to counter that.

Move Johnson into Tettey's position, and put Redmond in Johnon's position on the wide-left?  (if Tettey still can't cope starting two games in quick succession)   I wouldn't be surprised at this late stage in the season if Tettey just has to play through the pain until the rest on the season, and then sort out this knee problem properly in the summer.

Morty, I am guessing based on Tetteys comment about not being able to play twice a week. I personally think Dorrans will go in front of the back four, Bradders can continue on the left and Redmond can then play on the right. Wes or Hooper to play behind Jerome

A reasonable assumption. I love that we have options. But I wouldn't like to change too much at once, if I'm honest. If Wes needs a rest and we bring Redmond in, I would like to see Tettey play through the pain.

I know we have to shuffle the squad sometimes, but not too much change at a time, that spells disaster for me.

Just massive. As suffolk says, every game from here in in is a cup final. Got to win - quality of performance secondary.

I think we might need to be a little more on the front for than we were at Brighton... Not saying AN's tactics were wrong at Brighton at all, but we might be able to get a couple of goals up and be a little easier, and a little less heart-attack!

I would either start Redmond for Dorrans or would play hooper with Cam Jam.

But simply cannot wait for this! OTBC!

Agree, you play the team that are wining and know each other well and only make enforced changes if needed.

Start Wes and bring Redmond on. Play Tettey and Johnson and see how it goes. Let's stick to the team we know can produce a Forest type performance and subs when needed.

Great win on Friday against Brighton, vital we follow it up here though. On paper this should be a relatively routine home win, however we always seem to struggle against Sheffield Wednesday. We've actually lost 8 of our last 9 games against them, drawing the other game, so we desperately need to end that win-less run here. Also Watford are playing Boro on Monday, so obviously at least one of them are gonna drop points, so a win would undoubtedly strengthen our automatic promotion push.

Team:

Ruddy
Whittaker Martin Bassong Olsson
Redmond Howson Tettey Johnson
Hoolahan
Jerome

I'd like to see Redmond start here, and seeing as Dorrans apparently didn't have that great a game against Brighton he's the obvious choice to drop. I also think we're better when Johnson's out on the left.

As we haven't beaten Sheffield Wednesday in 13 years I'm gonna say that we won't change that around here. 1-1.

To my mind though "records" like this mean nothing. It would only mean something if Sheff Wed were a "big" team like a Man Utd or Man City, that rightly beat us every time.

I think it will be a tough game, but I think we'll win it.

Surprised to see Becchio on the subs bench. Is this a comeback or is Loza injured and there's no other option?

If he didn't deserve his place on the bench I doubt he'd have gotten on.

What a story it'd be if he has a say in our season.

Got to keep the pressure on now, don't drop back and let it slip.

Bradders is a *bleep* super star!

Never mind player of the season, he's turning into a legend.

Who knew Bradders was an attacking midfielder? His whole career being player out of position, just think what he could have done if someone had noticed earlier.
