I would support the five at the back set-up for this one. As for Aguero, cutting out his supply is crucial because there isnt a CB in the EPL that can touch him if that doesnt happen....even Ginger Pele would struggle. But for me, whilst they have a team full of threat, it's also Toure who changes games for them so a full on pressing game is crucial, I'm worried.

Ditto, fly to America VERY early tomorrow morning, for 3 weeks.

I actually hold the dubious accolade of never having seen a "big" team at Carrow road. I was in the air force when we were in the prem in the early 2000's and missed every big team, as was away. And work offshore now, and my rota has conspired to continue the thing. I have never seen Man Utd, Man City, Arsenal or Liverpool at Carrow road, despite having been a season ticket holder and supporter for about 25 years! I saw Chelsea for the first time the other week.

Small mercy maybe!

That is a shame. I look forward to the big teams. I love Norwich but I also love football and every season we are in the Prem I pick a player I am most looking forward to seeing at Carrow Road. This season it's De Bruyne (although it was close between him and Sanchez). Luckily he appeared in the cup game.

Aguero though... just a joy to watch. Much like Suarez.

Just how its worked out! Really wish I had been there when we played Man Utd and beat them though...

The Ashton and McKenzie game is probably my favourite ever league game, not including play-offs. Superb performance and Rooney didn't get a sniff.

Last time MCFC visited Carrow Rd it was a good game.

Atmosphere in the ground was top & we were playing well pushing for the win.

MCFC were clearing balls of the line, we were hitting the bar & posts.

Let's have a bit of excitement tomorrow.

Think it'll go a similar way to the Leicester/Chelsea games, we'll play well, defend generally solidly, but we will not take some of the chances we do get, and then we will switch off for one move and get punished, which in many ways sums up our season. If we were to get anything here you would hope it would be a stepping stone with a run of 5 massive games coming up. Ultimately a game against Manchester City isn't going to decide our season, but if we could play well and get a result then it will hopefully inspire some confidence to get more results in our final games, which will decide our season. I have to say though I love watching Aguero, so graceful in possession, as is David Silva.

Team:

Ruddy
Martin Klose Bassong
Pinto Dorrans Howson Brady
Redmond Jerome Hoolahan
I would revert back to a back 3 as we did against Leicester and Chelsea, with Bassong also coming back in assuming he's fit. I would also bring Dorrans in for O'Neil, purely as Dorrans is slightly more attack minded, and is capable of chipping in with a goal from midfield, which O'Neil isn't really. I'd stick with Jerome, as his performances have generally been quite good despite his inability to score a goal. I was quite impressed though with Bamford to be honest against Swansea though.

Manchester City have actually lost 4 of their last 5 league games going into this, and have been far from unbeatable this season, that said though they've already won 1 trophy and are in contention for 3 more, so they're hardly having too bad a campaign  We gave them a great game at the Etihad earlier in the season, and only lost in the 90th minute due to a John Ruddy f*ck up. There is certainly a chance, but with us right now you would have to say that it's a slim chance at best. Gonna say 2-1 Manchester City.

Not the team I was expecting, thought we would go 3 at the back. Bamford did alright when he came on against Swansea, so will be interesting to see how he does. Bassong on the bench as well, clearly he isn't fully fit yet. Neither Brady or Naismith in the squad, obviously both injured.

Redmond and Hoolahan may as well retire now, Thierry Henry just complimented them for being good on the ball.

Don't know who the co-commentator is, but he probably sleeps in Man City blanket or have never watched a football.

Good game this far from us and tactically we have kept them out from goal scoring opportunities.

Changes were a bit odd as Mbokani really isn't a player who can do anything alone and Jerome probably wont be able to deliver that ball too much, but then again our bench looks quite empty without Brady, Naismith and Tettey.

Dorrans is player I would be very careful to use in future. He seems to be midfield Martin for me who just takes too many wrong choises during the game and doesn't have attributes make up those mistakes.

Well played the Norwich boys. Had a job to do,and did it..Back 4 did well, Klose is a centre half. Ruddy did well. O'Neil and Howson .impressive, stuck to their tasks well. Very good debut by Bamford, and as a lone striker. Hoolahan? same old bag of nearly. Romanian commentators had been expecting an easy win for the blue team..Gave Norwich a lot of credit at the end...Well done the boys in yella..Please give the same effort against the lower tams
