Two teams that can't defend. Should be fun.

Have to beat them.

This is the type of game that we tend to lose, so not at all confident. The pressure on us really as to be honest every point Villa get is a bonus for them. We need to be winning this.

Rudd
Martin Bennett Bassong Olsson
Redmond O'Neil Tettey Brady
Hoolahan
Jerome
That's assuming everyone is alright after having played just 2 days before. Mbokani will possibly have to come in for Jerome, and I'm not sure whether Tettey would be up to playing so soon after playing 90 minutes at Spurs. The fact that Mulumbu was taken off in that game perhaps suggests that we will see him start this one. The good news is that we will have a completely fresh Wes running at their tired defenders which could be crucial.

Not even gonna bother predicting the score. All I know is that come 3pm tomorrow I will be feeling very nervous.

Didn't see the Spurs game so can't and won't comment.

I bang on most games about 4-4-2 and once again I think this occasion prompts me to call for it again. We cannot afford to drop any more points to teams in and around us especially at Carrow Road. The initiative is ours and we must keep it and control it.

If Jerome is injured, neither Mbokani or Grabban will be good enough on their own and we might let a poor team of the hook early on. If we aren't going to play two then whoever is up top must have support.

Result much more important than performance today.  I expect a very nervous, tight, scrappy match really, and probably not much quality.  I would be over the moon with a one nil win, even if it is a flukey last minute og!

Now watch as we get a thrilling 6-3 win with amazing goals every 10 minutes!

Glad to see I'm not the only one hugely nervous about todays game, I'd like to say this is a game we mustn't lose, but in reality it's a game we have to win

I hope stats are meaningless but we have beaten them once in 13 attempts. A home draw is not going to be worth much, to me it would feel like a loss and Villa would see it as a point gained despite them believing also that this is winnable.

Positive from the off and fair but hard tackling. They really shouldn't trouble us at the back and I think we can afford to push men up. I don't want to see our back four stood on the edge of their area.

so no Olsson, brady at left back, interesting to see who plays where in midfield, dorrans/howson, one partners tettey, one starts on the left by the look of if

Against ManU we looked better with Tettey pushing forward but that line up looks like he is sitting in front again. Error prone and clumsy. I don't get it. And are we leaving the left open in front of Brady?

I think from the order that team is listed in that actually it's going to be Hoolahan left wing with Redmond up top alongside Mbokani. Will have to wait until yhe twitter post a graphic with the team like normal, but ig so that's a big call from Neil.

Also, I'm already slightly drunk and there's still like 40 minutes to go :D  I usually only have 1 or 2 but I'm on like my 5th. I'm a bag of nerves rigyt now :D

Looks like a return to the Lambert days. Diamond midfield with Tettey holding, Howson and Dorrans cental, Hoolahan attacking midfield and Redmond slightly behind Mbokani according to the clubs Twitter.
