Stumbled upon this while surfing the net, a real find this. Although a little bit before my time (I started watching City early 70s),some real legends here. Foggo, Keelan, Anderson (RIP),Curran and Big Dunc are all there.

Always wondered why my first NCFC Subbuteo team had white socks, now I know why ! :D

Gerry Howshall. Another player bought by the Supporters Club. Big John Manning (Come without, come on within, you'll not see nothing like John Manning). Ken Mallender, cultured CB but couldn't defend. And Dunc with his trade mark tourniquet rolled up sleeves.

Terry Anderson was one of my all time favourites. Brilliant touch player and scored a real overhead kick at home to Charlton, whose keeper Charlie Wright applauded Anderson's goal. And Hughie, Hughie, La La La was another gem we sold on far too cheaply like we did with Ron Davies.

O'Donnell and Super sub Howard were youngsters just starting to break through into the first team.

Must have been a cheap camera that took the photo. Look how the back row are stood on each others feet!

No social media then. Luckily we all went into the pub afterwards to discuss it.
