Well, wouldn't it be fun if we put 6 or 7 past these?

Have a good feeling about this one despite Fulham's current good form and record against us, surely the 11 that start will be the same as against Reading assuming no one has picked up any knocks, if we win this I still feel it's a step to far for us to get top six, but would almost certainly put a major dent in there promotion hopes too, so I'd expect to see both teams go for it from the off, should be another goal fest with both teams free scoring

Same team as Reading please. Play-offs are out of reach now but would be nice if we could end the season well with a few wins, would perhaps put us in a more positive mindset heading into probably our most important summer in recent history.

That said if the likes of Maddison or Godfrey I would be pretty pleased. Think Irvine will likely stick to the winning formula.

I was going to be at work but have been asked to change my shift to an early which now means I can go. Away win ?

Game day!

I think it will be a wee bit different to the last game, but I'm expecting a win.

Crap.

Tettey, Howson, Jerome, Pinto, Dijks and Ruddy take some credit.

The others... crap or couldn't be arsed or both.

Oh.My.Gawd... just came on here to discover we played a game today, for some reason I had no idea we were playing

Good job I'm not a season ticket holder. Bet the missus bloody knew before she got me sorting out the loft and basement all day!

So Fulham were 1-0 up, got a man sent off, and we somehow still lost 3-1?

Why was Klose taken off at half-time, injury or a terrible game?

Doesn't want to be here anyway does he, so irrelevant really.

Red card for Chris Martin looked quite harsh too, a little bit of contact but our player made a meal out of it and didn't look like there was any intent from Chris Martin he was just trying to make himself big to shield the ball. No idea whether the slightest bit of accidental contact with an elbow is supposed to constitute a red card now or not, would like to think a red is only shown when there is obvious malice (like the Ibrahimovic one on Tyrone Mings)

No wonder Rugby fans take the mick out of footballers.

Fulham were just better. A lot better. Of course they still have something to play for so went into this game with a must-win attitude, whereas we certainly don't have any chance of top 6. Even so though it was a disappointing performance. We had a 20 minute or so spell around when we scored where we looked the better side, however by that point we were already 2-0 down against a team with 10 men. Fulham just seemed to win every ball, and be quicker than us all over the park. It was quite clear that they wanted it more than us. Have to say I was really impressed with Fulham, they were every bit as good as we were dire and if I was Huddersfield, Reading or Leeds I'd be worried about facing them in the play-offs. Quite frankly though I hope they don't get top 6 because they were time-wasting c*nts. I know every team time wastes particularly away from home and particularly when they're winning, but they took the p*ss to be honest.

Tettey, Dijks and Pinto all had good games. Ruddy didn't do anything wrong and Jerome made a difference when he came on. Apart from that the performances ranged from average to poor. Pritchard was trying and put in a good delivery for Jerome's goal, but wasn't really able to influence the game that much. Hoolahan and Jacob both had shockers, and Howson gave his all as usual but was outshone by Fulham's midfield. The centre backs are terrible. Klose wasn't awful but really doesn't look like he wants to be here, although we did actually look worse once he came off. I'll be annoyed if we decide to renew Bennett's contract in the summer. How are you going to give away a penalty within 45 seconds of coming on? And the defending from him and Martin for the 3rd goal was shamefully poor.

Anyway, it's another game closer to the end of the season.

Argh, the time wasting was maddening, but equally frustrating for me was they showed the streetwise way to win away from home in this division. They showed all the qualities that we don't.

They were economical in possession, they had less than us, and when they had it, they used it well. Without the ball they had a confidence in their system which meant there was no panic. We seem to keep having these "moments" where someone will get caught in possession and literally every one goes "OHHHHHHHH NOOOOOOO" and literally loses their entire ability to play football, which, inevitably, ends up in a situation like the third goal. Its really odd, I wish I could put my finger on why, because we can look good in possession, and when we're dominating a game, but there is an inherent mental fragility and we absolutely crack like an egg at the sign of a misplaced pass.

The new manager really has his work cut out.

Oh and well done to Bennett for coming on and conceding a penalty before he had even touched the ball. And Wes had an absolute shocker, he was awful today.

Bennett wouldn't get in the team (as first choice) at any team in the top half of this league. And I don't think there are many in the bottom half he would improve. How he has got so many years out of this club is just ridiculous.

I would agree that Wes was crap. But at least he was trying. Unlike Pritchard who was lazy as f*ck for a very large chunk of the game.

As for Jacob and Josh...sometimes it's as if they don't know there is a game of football going on around them. I mean they can both be quite dangerous when they are in possession of the ball and running at people but there's so much stuff they're not switched on to.
