No reason why we cant attack and mulumbus run was a good one,   but the rest of the team need to be more tactically aware, one of  either howson or dorrans or a full back filling the gap he left behind;   we had little to gain and a couple of points to lose by committing too many people forward.   Attack and with pace and in numbers - but only throw that many people forward when we are behind.

Poor game management from the players - who need to think less as an individual and more as a unit.   For me it highlighted what the manager is not addressing.

Its a difficult one though, especially at 2-1. Stick or twist? We saw it last season where Alex tried a more pragmatic approach, instead of positive attacking football, and it was pretty disastrous. But its a good point about game management from the players, they have just as much responsibility for decision making as the manager does.

I think, though, that the enforced changes unbalanced things somewhat, and yet again, showed how much we miss Tettey when he isn't there.

Biggest issue, for me, was that we were very complacent in the second half, after totally dominating the first.

People seem to forget that Neil went more attacking at half time, taking Tettey off for Pritchard. With Tettey's injury the natural change would've been to bring Mulumbu on, but he didn't, he bought on an attacking midfielder.

That decision as well, as I said in my previous post, was a very poor one from Alex Neil. He brings Mulumbu on at half time for Tettey then I think we end up winning the game quite comfortably.

Pritchard is an attack minded player but we didn't look a more attack minded team.
