Hanley has been out months, not been available at all and maybe some time before coming back so not really in any of Wagners conversations I wouldn't have thought.
Gibbo? Hardly going to be suddenly making sense of Wagners tactics and winning games just if he comes back.
Gunn? Has Long been solely at fault for all those goals or was it due to the players in front of him?

I have plucked out some team sheets, to show the various personnel we have had to employ, and the varying formations.

The first one is the opening game of the season, where we won 2-1 against Hull.

The second example is around mid slump, where we lost 3-2 at home to Leeds.

And the last example is us winning away to Cardiff this weekend.

Look at the differences in the line ups, and formations. And especially the stark difference between 1 and 3. I can honestly sympathise with Wagner, and I suspect the board has done too. The fact that Sara, Rowe and Maclean are the only players that have played the first game, and the last, is quite incredible, and would be a test to any squad.
