Understandable if the value of the likes of andre gray are being touted at c£9m - yet mbokani is half that.    Not saying either could work for us but both would represent a risky signing at prem level - that risk becomes more tolerable when half the value is on the line.

cant see the koulibaly one coming off;   but who knows.

Sky Sports reporting we've bid, not that it's been rejected though.

If we have a budget of saying £25m, we spend £9m on this guy, sell Grabban for say £6m, and then maybe get about £3m for players out on loan, then we should still have about £15m to spend on 2 new strikers. Considering that Afobe would apparently cost us £15m I can't see him being bought in now if we're spending this kind of money on defenders.
