I'd be ecstatic with this. Lit up the World Cup in 2014, which is hard to do for a right back. People bemoaning loans (beloaners?) need to wise up and get used to it. All clubs loan players and it gives an opportunity to attract a better player than we could attract on a permanent.

I agree that loans aren't the poisoned chalice some people try to make them out to be, I mean Real Madrid have loaned both Javier Hernandez and Emmanuel Adebayor in the last couple of years, if loans are good enough for them im sure there good enough for us
