Well, there you go, another season gone, and perhaps it was a bit more transitional than some of us may have thought. Realistically not a lot riding on this game, other than ensuring that we finish above the scum. I don't think we will see a glut of youngsters getting a game, as Farke wants to finish the season strongly. Lots of work to do over the summer to improve on this season.

Would be nice to not get tanked there after losing 5-0 last season, especially for us Norwich fans who have to encounter Wednesday fans now and again in their day to day lives.

Am sure if the youngsters are good enough they would have started by now (read into that what you will on Raggett) - so I dont see many changes either.

Number of times we've conceded 4 or 5 away from home is alarming. And it always seems to come when we play 4 at the back rather than the 3 centre backs.

Think we can assume that Farke just doesn't rate Raggatt then, if he can't even get a start in a meaningless game when it means playing a failed away tactic instead.

Clearly we need a centre back even if we don't lose Klose or Hanley.

Whats the point in signing Raggatt then exactly? At 24 he's too old for the U23's... unless we think he may be good enough after a full season at League One next year, and we only recalled him to use in an absolute emergency.

And I'm not sure we can continue to fall back on the argument that Farke has radically improved us defensively when we've actually only considered 8 less this season than we did under Alex Neil... and jettisoned any sort of attacking football in the process.

We've conceded the same number of goals as Ipswich and scored 8 fewer.

I don't know what statistics we can fall back on when it comes to looking for positives from this season now. Only one I can really think of is that we'd be higher up the table and have a better defensive record if we had Trybull and Tettey fit all season, but its a bit of a moot point seeing as Tettey probably hasn't had a full season since he arrived here in 2012.

A decent defensive midfielder coming in to ensure that we've always got two fit at any one time is essential. Perhaps that can be Ben Godfrey.

We had better hope Maddison's injury isn't serious because selling him and using the proceeds to continue the rebuild was Plan A, Plan B and Plan C.

I don't think Leitner has been quite so good since he came back from injury. But he is quality, if they can get him here next season it'll be a real boost.

Vrancic is a classy operator though. Great range of passing and great awareness. He'd be in my team.

What do we do if Maddison is out for a year then, offer Hoolahan a cut price deal to stay for another season? Hope that Cantwell can do a job?

Feels like we're in the shit if we can't sell Maddison.
