People who don't clap or join in with sporting celebrations (e.g. when we score goals) because they're too busy filming the spectacle on their latest iPhone 9.3 (with "invisibility" and "infinite-lives" add-ons) so they can show everyone "they were there" as part of this current self-obsessed and narcissistic culture which is fed by social media and the accompanying belief that all our lives are both important and meaningful when it's just a cultural mindf*ck in order to sell product, especially technical products. Marketing is the worst thing that ever happened to the Internet, frankly, and this poisonous drive for us all to "make our lives meaningful and real" by posting stuff online really really vexes me.
Yeah, I know, I'm posting stuff online. But I clap and cheer the goals.
