I dont tweet either. I just thought trending meant a sudden surge of interest. I dont think he's actually tredning in a twitter sense. Which I think means a surge on Twitter. But as usual I dont know what Im talking about

He said recently that he'd like to re-join Luton on loan again. He seemed to do very well in his first spell there, so would certainly be for it.

It's going to be tough for him to break into our mid-field at the moment, so a loan seems sensible.

Luton aren't interested in a loan deal - their manager has said as much. He basically wants him permanently. 

I think a loan would be best for his career at this stage, in terms of having a chance of breaking through. If he does move (which he seems pretty open to), I can't see us ever regretting it much.

Any comments on his performance last night?

Encouraging;  some nice touches and worked hard.     For a central attacking midfielder was not on the ball enough to show what he can do but that was not a surprise.

Glad he is on loan - good experience and realistically not likely to oust Wes,  Hooper, Howson or even VOO (if he ever gets fit) from that role this year.

Fingers crossed for a storming season for him at the abbey

Wikipedia says that on February 14th, McGeehan went on loan to Luton Town for the remainder of the season 'with a view to a permanent transfer'.

What do people think about that?

Little bit disappointing if that is the case, appears to have a lot of potential. But the fact is we have a lot of options in centre midfield, so it's going to be hard for him to break into the side, especially if we go up.
