How To Post Vines?

I was just wondering how you are able to post vines and for them to be shown in the post rather than just an external link to that vine. Obviously not an urgent problem or anything, just thought I'd ask.

I tried embedding a vine once and it didn't go well. 

There may be a hook I can install which will enable the embedding of vines via bbcode, I'll have a look some time.
