One of a few favourite memories in recent years.
We stayed at a small guest house / Airbnb about 45 minutes from Wembley and on the morning of the match met 3 Boro fans also staying over. They were so sure they would win, a formality for them. The missus still talks about it from time to time and enjoys the memory ...clue..."get it right up yer" type of memory

I travelled down on a bus with Eddie and Duncan Edwards and various others. Nikki Fox from Look East travelled with us as she was doing a piece about the Edwards family, as Duncan's son also there, so 3 generations. I can be seen at the back of the coach, very high spirited due to the bottle of "special" cola I had with me.
I work offshore with loads of Boro fans, and they were all 100% convinced they just had to turn up and win. Made it all the sweeter
