"Does Hughton think he would have kept the club up and how does he feel the East Anglia side, boosted by the summer arrivals of strikers Lewis Grabban and Kyle Lafferty and midfielder Gary O’Neil, will fare in the second tier?"

Hmmmm

Wonder if Bassong will be there? Or has Hughton got a baby sitter sorted now? ;)

In all seriousness i reckon this will be an interesting watch, he's bound to say something about what happened and his dismissal.  Maybe sky sports could list it as a comedy in the sky planner if he's going to claim to have kept us safe?

He'll claim he would have been able to keep us safe, and I wouldn't expect him to say anything else. However It'll be an interesting watch for sure and I'll certainly be tuning in!

If he does claim he'd have kept us up, I hope whomever he says that to has the stones to ask him to elaborate, and specify exactly which one of Chelsea, Liverpool, Man Utd or Arsenal he would have beaten. Or perhaps he planned to beat Fulham. The same team that had right royally stuffed him every time. Never underestimate the power of denial

Even when pressed he wouldn't give a straight answer, reply would be something boring like 'Things were coming together and we were due a bit of luck'.

Would love to see him get asked why so many strikers failed to register under his control, because that's one of the most potent questions i would like to see him wriggle out of.  Probably give a convoluted reply based around Chaos Theories or something.

Guessing it would be all down to bad luck

In truth, it was only a bit of good luck at the end of his first season that this didn't happen sooner.

Just thinking we won't actually be on the highlight reel of that show, having not played yet.

Good luck, which proved to be bad luck in the grand scheme of things

Can't imagine that he won't talk us up.

Hughton always comes across as a nice guy in the media - I'd be very surprised to see him change his stance now.

I'm more interested in what Lennon has to say about us. Look to the future, not to the past.

I thought we did him a favour by sacking him so he can tell everyone he would have kept us up, but I can't see any chance of him getting a Premier League job. People can see how many goals we scored and how the club record transfer flopped so who's going to want to take him on after that? His reputation has gone from someone who can overachieve on a limited budget to someone who underachieved on a large budget.

C.H. will probably say we were too attacking and should drop back and defend more.

We should play for the draw and if we let one in, get 11 men behind the ball and dont let anymore in. :(
