I have been kicked from the chatroom a few times, is there a timeout that kicks you after so long if you're inactive?

Yes there is Morty but I can't remember what I set it at, will check tomorrow, I've got a list of things to implement tomorrow (such as a time limit on edits, changing to 24 hour time) so will check it then.
The reason that users get timed out is for server efficiency / to save system resources, I'll check tomorrow and have a think about whether I've been too harsh with the time limit or not.

Morty, I can confirm that the chat logs a user out after 15 minutes of inactivity, which I think is probably about right (easily enough time to make a cuppa).
