What is wrong with people that they do this, and what is so wrong with our justice system that you get a fine that is probably less than a weeks wages ?

The pensioner should be able to nominate someone to beat the $hit out of him, by order of the court, see how he likes it.

That really is ridiculous, and makes it so much worse that it was outside his own home - where he is no longer going to feel safe.

And if that other bloke hadn't pulled him off it looked like he was planning to keep on punching.

Should be getting a custodial for an attack like that, and if the prisons are simply full then put on tag with a suspended sentence?
