Actually didn't see that bit. Frankly makes the situation worse for me, we seem to be lurching from one idea to another, it all seems a bit clueless. We used to be good at this.

She takes it all so personally though, she does this with most managers, she becomes their friends and has them round for dinner.
Its no way to run a business, sure have a good working relationship but you need to maintain a professional detachment from employees. You're not their friend, you're their boss.
