Callum Doyle, on loan from Man City. I think primarily a left back, but can dabble at centre back.
Yes, I think he's quite decent. A left back who knows his limits going forward but can pass out from the back so he'll be able to slot into a back 3 and help move the ball a bit better.Callum Doyle, on loan from Man City. I think primarily a left back, but can dabble at centre back.
And vice versa.Hope we can keep Rowe for another season especially with Josh's injury record.
Yeah said in the match thread. If the fee had been agreed and the transfer was imminent, I could maybe understand. But neither of those things are true, he has badly let his team mates down here.Very poor behaviour by him yesterday.
Another twist...A little bit of inexperience, immaturity and naivety from Rowe by the looks of it. You can really only do what he did if you *know* that move is coming.
This could actually work out OK for us. He's far from the complete player but my thoughts coming away from the St Pauli game were that if you took him out the team there is very little else to get excited about. Sainz has got something, Sargent can score a goal at this level but isn't a great player... beyond that there's not much.
And I'm not sure we'll be able to sign anyone better than Rowe. So if he is here come the end of the window and we can get a tune out of him for the season that'd probably be a good result.
But...he could still go.
Or a footballerGood fee for Idah but need to invest for a striker as we only have Sarge left unless we count Barnes who isn't fit or a striker!
Anyone would. In the defence of Barnes, Sargent looks a much better player when he is in the team.
