That international break seemed to last for about 6 weeks!

Back to business, news from the presser :-

On Núñez... "More positive than expected, could do a little bit on the pitch tomorrow."

On Gunn... "He has a side strain and will miss the game on Saturday."

On Cordoba... "If he's doing well tomorrow then there are no worries from my side."

On longer term injuries... "Fasi will be on the grass next week, Lungi has been back with us for five days."

On Borja... "We've been working on some individual stuff. The past is the past. He's scored these goals but it's about continuing. I see in his eyes he has this motivation."

On Kellen Fisher... "I've been pleased with his performances. His aggressiveness defensively has surprised me a little bit. "Jack is also doing well. There is real competition for the right back position."

On facing former coaches this weekend... "There are so many coaches in England who know each other. It's 80/90% about us." "We have to take into consideration they were in the building a few weeks ago of course, but it's mostly about us."

On the upcoming schedule... "We know there will be games on the way where it will be difficult and we will have to fight like we did in moments against Leeds and against Derby. "I feel sorry for our fans, they have to do a lot of travelling in the next month."

On the international break... "It gives us time as coaches to do more outside the pitch. To watch games, have meetings and prepare for the next lot of games." "Does it give you the chance to be more creative as coaches?" "Wait and see "

Thanks for news updates Morty. Living out here, news is pretty scarce, as I don't subscribe to any firewalls. Can go to the supermarket in reasonable time, seeing as proper football is being played at the proper time. Looking forward to a good game

Point away from home, not the worst. Lets hope Nunez' injury isn't bad though as we definitely lost a bit of control when he went off.

Yup. Can't knock a point away from home.

Nunez is class but I feel the boys have got something going at the moment and JHT will figure it out.

My view from Romania. Thought the ref would fit in very well with the scene out here, an obvious Homer, and not very good at trying to hide it. The standards out her, are appeasing the crowds, and seeing what gifts are available.
Thought it was a shaky performance from the centre backs, defensive headers weren't, they went directly up into the air, or a very weak effort to the waiting man on the edge of the box.
Don't think the international breaks helped our long distance travellers.
We certainly missed Nunez after he went off, hope he's a quick healer.
The boys stuck to it though, and in the end, finished up with a pretty good away point
