An away round trip totalling 532 miles on a Tuesday night? Nah, not for me!

Going to assume that he will shuffle the pack a bit here, and we likley won't see Nunez, hopefully his hamstring isn't too serious. I wouldn't mind seeing Gunn back...

This is a tough little run of games we have in the next few weeks, a lot of time away on the road, it will be interesting to see where we are after them.

On Núñez... "We will scan him today and have a better view on him. We did a scan as quick as we could after Saturday and it was not as severe as expected. We have be conservative with him."

On Gunn... "It will be too optimistic for tomorrow and Sunday, hopefully we can get him back on the grass after this weekend's game"

On Lungi... "He's in the fight for a midfield position. He's not 100% yet, but he is in a position to come in for tomorrow. Not to start, but he's getting there."

On Stoke... "I showed the players some clips and they had the same feeling that we were a bit sloppy. Our movements weren't sharp enough. If we could've kept the momentum from the first half to second half, it could've been a very good game for us. It's never easy to go into the game with only one day of preparation. Now we play four days after, it's finding that fine balance of key moments. We found some good moments. A point away to Stoke is okay, the group have high expectations."

On the schedule... "We do everything we can to prepare the players for this. We have to rely on the more experienced players, they are a huge part of the team at the moment. Especially for games like Tuesday night and for Sunday."

JHT on data/stats: “I’m pleased with the way that we approached the game at Stoke and some of the others away games. We can now expect to go and be the team to dominate. It take lots of training and analysis to be able to do that.”

JHT: “It’s about having fresh legs and energy for the game tomorrow. We can see if we can fix the things that went wrong at Stoke. It’s about how we perform tomorrow night and fight hard."

On Preston... "We're excited, it's going to be intense and we have to do everything we can. It's going to be tough, but we need to make sure it's decided by us. When we're good, we can be really really good."

JHT on Attanasio: “I would say exactly the support you hope for as a head coach. They were interested in our thoughts, and then they ask how they can support. They are the perfect ownership moving forward. They want to be here even more, as they watch all our games. I have the same feeling with Ben (Knapper) and Neil (Adams). It’s about teamwork outside of a football team. We have to be aligned on the strategy and we are aligned.”

Many thanks for taking the time to set that out for us. Much appreciated. Tough old ask again, with all that traveling and no recuperation time

Silly, silly defending to end up 2 nil down, but honestly, we probably should have gone on to win the game.

Two hard fought points from two very tricky away games isn't bad at all.

I still feel, injuries permitting, that something special is happening here. The board could have a big part to play in January.

Neither goal occurs with Gunn in goal.

I do agree, it is looking good. Another striker in January would make me happy*

*As long as they are good of course, and not absolute dog sh!t like SVH was.

Poor goalkeeping but great fightback and what a great goal by Duffy of all people. Strode out of defence like Alan Hansen at his best.

Silly old me. Thought game was tonight, but instead watching Bayern on the telly box, last night saw Real Madrid instead.
A point gained, seems to be okay, but will have to find the the bbc report.. Have just seen that Saturdays game is Sunday.
My poor old brain hurts
