I didn't know where Preston were in the league and was surprised to find out they’re third! It just shows how little attention I have been paying to that end of the table!

It will be interesting to see if Josh comes straight back in or if Makama continues up front, because he, obviously, did well last time out.

There is a real growing self belief that we can get something from any game now, so I think we might...

Josh back in, Makama on the right and someone else will drop out I reckon

Think yes, Josh and Jovon will play. And likewise, I think we could get something from the game. I used to watch both Paul Heginbottom (and McCall) when they played at Bradford and have respect for both, especially Stuart McCall, who was the complete midfielder even in his early twenties. They've done very well and have a balanced side.

Ach, feels a bit like a loss because of how it played out, but in the grand scheme, it is a very good point.

Matched a very good and organised Preston team. Shows us about where we are now. But a terrible last 30 seconds.

Still going to need to get two or three wins in a row to get out of those relegation places.

Springett and Mattsson put in decent performances. Still no Kvistgaarden.

I thought Springett did well when he came on, PNE were a physical side but we did our best to compete with them even though we have a few players that are a bit on the light side. I know conceding late is gutting but it's a good point and we now have two home games coming up

I initially thought Springett's recent appearances was the manager telling the club he needs reinforcements. And there might still be an element of that. But actually, I think the message is that everyone must pull in the same direction and put their all into it. Phil has obviously seen in Springett that the lad is all in.
