I'm going to predict we shut up shop again, and we grind out a drab draw.

Hopefully I'll be too busy again on shift to watch it.

I’d wager they’re glad we’re not playing at home so soon after Friday’s effort. If next season carries on like the second half of this one the pitchforks won’t be far away.
I couldn’t go Friday but my mate reckoned the atmosphere towards the end was reminiscent of the back half of the Roeder tenure which doesn’t bode well

I think they better hit the ground running next season as I think people could be a bit short of patience. There will be some major rebuilding to be done this summer without Sargent, Sainz and Gunn. Oh yeah, and Sorenson.

He either sorts this "project" out or he's gone by Christmas.

He can take Knapper with him. He’s just a geek who thinks Xg means something, and that you can mould a football team from stats on a spreadsheet.
Using nothing but stats may work on a sport such as baseball which is just a series of individual battles, but I feel it’s less reliable in a game like football which is much more fluid and has many more moving parts with players reliant on others

I haven't seen them but there are rumours nationally that Wilshere will be replacing him at the end of the season

I hope not. Results pretty much went on a downward spiral after Pelach left and he joined.
He’s only here because he’s Knappers mate, having him lurking in the wings probably destroyed what little authority Thorup had

Can't wait to see how the names are pulled out of the hat for today's lineup.

They don't like him and they don't want him.

Yep....that's exactly what it looks like.

Pathetic not to even have a shot on goal on target in a game you're losing at Half Time. Only one on target in the whole match too.

Pathetic from the whole team. Nobody interested in putting in a shift. Dreadful from start to sorry finish. The same old same old mistakes. Please get this coach out of our club now.

Well, that was shit ( again ) If I was dishing out points for performance, there would be quite a few 2s or 3s. Cordoba would be a big fat minus., cant get over how crap he is.How on earth was he not subbed.
Old managers tactics were far superior to those from our our new coach..
Nunez and Sainz were once again garbage as was Shwattzer. Wonder what excuses will Hoff come out with today. Must say Jurasek very impressive once again

Strange at the moment isn't it? At times we look like we could become a good side but then we massively shoot ourselves in the foot. Defending is a big problem and I don't personally rate Cordoba. We have had a lot of injuries and the form of the younger players has gone up and down like a yo-yo. I actually like JHT's interviews, I don't think he tries to bullshit anyone but this style of play is starting to go out of fashion unless you have a team full of world class players to do it properly. As much as I don't like to see managers sacked unless it's a real big problem I would swap him for Steve Cooper now if I could.

Much the same thoughts. Sometimes things just click don't they - a manager (or player) doesn't have a good career at one place but then shines at another. Do you wait (and hope) and see if things change? But then, there is the business end ... can you afford to? Is a disheartened fanbase good for business or might you start losing revenue, or worse maybe, you can't attract the better calibre of player.

I wonder on this occasion whether we ought to part company and start again. Not a great indictment of the Knapper strategy but it's about halfway there (larger earners off the book and younger players coming through)... just not a team able to compete for the top of the table. We are still an attractive proposition for any new manager I believe.
