As you can probably tell I'm a Hamilton Accies man, obviously disappointed to have lost our manager but I knew he was off to bigger and better things. I had a bet on that once he was confirmed as your manager Norwich would be promoted. Everton are my team down south but since wee Alex took over ive kept one eye on Norwich's results, from his first game in charge at Bournemouth (which you won btw) to now. All you have to do now is sign McCarthy and McArthur and it'll be a proper Accies reunion lol. Can I ask all you Canaries fans out there your thoughts on Neil, as I'm sure when he was linked with the job you were probably like, wtf???

Love him.

He is clearly an excellent coach and motivator who could reach the top of the game, my only concern at the moment is that it is difficult to attract talent when your manager is 34 and was a complete unknown outside of Scotland and Bristol until a few months ago.

Difficult enough for Norwich to attract quality at the best of times, unfashionable club with the media and stuck out in the arse end of nowhere, but a higher profile manager does help. Hughton, for example, was able to bring Bassong and Redmond to this club because he'd managed them in previous jobs. They are two of our very best players, and Redmond would probably have been a Swansea player if we'd had a different manager.

If Alex Neil can overcome this difficulty and lead us to a respectable position this season I'll be excited about what the future could hold for us and him, I'm hungry for a trophy of some sort and hopeful that Alex Neil could win us one.
