I’d have agreed with that in 2016, but things feel different this time.
He is in a bullish mood to get things done. Now whether or not you believe it (He does) he feels the 2020 election was stolen from him, and the entire establishment has done everything to stop him become president again with countless lawsuits, so he isn't messing about.

Its going to be quite a ride.

I’m not so sure. He only has a wafer thin majority, large parts of his own party don’t like him and know full well he can’t be re-elected anyway so have little reason to do as he says, especially on the more contentious subjects. I can see a situation similar to his first stint in office, whereby you have a lot of bluster on social media, a few crumbs thrown to some wealthy backers and nothing much else getting done.

Whether serious or not, the rhetoric on record from the President of the USA makes it impossible to condemn military conquest of other peoples sovereign territory.

Up to now the US has been the de facto underwriter of international law. If this is the new normal, then it’s fine for Russia to annex all of Ukraine if it can win by force, it’s fine for China to take Taiwan is it thinks it can win by force, it’s fine for Argentina to take the Falklands if it thinks it can win by force, it’s fine for Israel to take the last remaining bits of Palestine for its own, etc.
Doesn't make it impossible for Trump. He makes his own rules up, and I don't think he can grasp the concept of being viewed as a hypocrite

Though that might not be any comfort for Taiwan etc.
