Upper Barclay, Block B. Unfortunately.
I've only just seen your thread on it now.
I've never watched it ...like the wedding video where you just don't want to see your own speech :)....not to mention the passing of years. Something I'm also going to have to do.

....but I'm going to have to put myself through the 1-7 first.

Bang behind the goal: Block R, Row P., River End.

Went bonkers.

Last Saturday, of course - not the Colchester one.
Still might have 'gone bonkers' for that one, but not in the same way.
This game though is why we go. You can sit (Or stand in my case) through some pretty average shite for 90 minutes then that happens.

Absolute scenes.

Hilariously the guy next to me left on 85, can't wait to see him at the next game!

Just had a look over the other side, Nutty Nigel has posted a link " Comeback in full " Thanks Eddie, absolutely brilliant. Well worth looking at, no wonder I spilled my sipping stuff

I can still see Theo Clitoris watching the ball casually fly over his head :p

He changed his name after his stint with us. Look up Nunawading City soccer club in Victoria, Aus.

Yeah, I'll blow your cover Theo ya twat

Definitely one of his better spells for us. He was great in 18/19 and was, for me, one of the best performers we had in the hugely disappointing 19/20 Premier League campaign.
His end product is frustrating but this year I don't think he has overdone it, keeping it simpler.... for Onel anyway. 3 assists in 15 this year, mostly from the bench. Who would wish to try and mark him? He receives the ball really well and still has a turn of speed.

Amazing that he arrived 7 years ago now, quite a long time to be attached to a club. A survivor... (think he came around the same time as BB Kenny McLean) but he always carries a threat and he has this ability to change the dynamic of a game and is why managers use him.
I think Onel is very underrated by many. Yes his final ball is sometimes lacking, though if it wasn’t he wouldn’t be playing for Norwich at the end of the day.
What he does do is cause absolute chaos amongst the opposition defences. His mad runs (when I’m not sure even he knows where he's going half the time) drag so many people out of position it opens up massive gaps for others to exploit

Correct, although one caveat which I've mentioned a lot recently is that this only works when he gets subbed on, as opposed to starting games.

It is odd, that after all his years here, he has never played 90 minutes on any kind of regular basis.

Do any stattos know how many times he has completed a full game for us?

I've just had a look and it's really surprised me how rare it has been.

He played the full 90 in both League Cup games this season, but in the league, he hasn't played a full match this season, only managed it once last season away at Watford, and twice in 22/23 towards the end of the season.

Before that, it was three-and-a-half years earlier, at home to Spurs in December 2019.

So that's three full matches in the league in the last five years.

That is quite remarkable. Mainly because you wonder why he is still here! I think he did okay when he went out on loan to Boro and Brum, but ended back here.

He's 31, his deal expires in the summer, and we have an option for another year.

On balance I'd take him for another year, going to assume he isn't on mega bucks.

I think he will be one of those (many) City players who retire in our fine county. How many Scots stay with us and do not return to Scotland.
